And that’s why I started looking for *sustainable* ways to actually chill out – methods that didn’t involve a sugar crash or a Netflix binge that leaves me feeling even worse afterwards.

I’m talking real, lasting stress relief.

Good question! For me, it’s about finding strategies that are good for my well-being in the long run.

Things that don’t just mask the problem but actually help me build resilience and manage stress more effectively.

It’s like comparing a quick energy drink to a healthy balanced diet. One’s a temporary fix; the other fuels you properly for the long haul.
